Airport environments involve extensive coordination, security processes, and onsite balloon inflation. To deliver safely and efficiently, our minimum project value for airport installations is £2,000 + VAT.
An airport compliance fee of £150 + VAT per project is applied. This covers:

• Airside / landside access coordination
• RAMS, public liability & contractor documentation
• Equipment screening & escort requirements
• Terminal operations liaison
• Movement permissions around peak times
• Mandatory briefings or work permits
To confirm your booking, secure staff, and begin material preparation, we require:
• The full balance paid in advance.
• We are unable to offer post-event or 30-day terms for airport projects.
If your department requires internal approval windows, please book early to allow for payment processing.
We accept invoice payments, purchase orders, debit cards, and corporate cards.
For bookings confirmed less than 14 days before the installation, a +10% short-notice uplift applies. This reflects accelerated planning and security coordination.
For bookings confirmed less than 7 days before the installation, a +20% uplift applies due to restricted airport movement permissions and fast-tracked arrangements.
