Corporate Event Packages
Balloons are at the core of what we do. At London Balloons, we design and install balloon displays for corporate events across London, and for many of our clients that’s where the brief begins — not where it ends. When an event matters, balloons alone often aren’t enough.

What we do
Creative direction, production and delivery — handled.
Balloons are at the core of what we do. At London Balloons, we design and install balloon displays for corporate events across London, and for many of our clients that’s where the brief begins — not where it ends.
When an event matters, balloons alone often aren’t enough. An office party, a corporate graduation, or an internal celebration with a proper budget usually needs the space to feel different from a normal working day. It needs to feel considered. That’s when clients start asking us about options beyond a single installation, and whether we can help bring the whole setup together.
If that’s the position you’re in, the best place to start is with a clear brief. Tell us what you’re planning, where it’s happening, and what level of investment you’re comfortable with. From there, we can advise on how the balloons should sit within the wider event and whether it makes sense to incorporate additional elements to support the overall look.
We don’t work from fixed menus or off-the-shelf packages. We prefer to design properly, based on the event and the budget. This approach is best suited to corporate events starting from around £5,000, where there’s room to think beyond the basics and deliver something that looks intentional rather than pieced together.
If your event only needs balloons, we’ll do that well. If you want more than balloons, we’ll tell you what’s possible and help you make it work.
If you’re planning a corporate event and want a result that reflects the effort and budget behind it, get in touch with us and send us your brief. We’ll take it from there.

Questions, answered
Good to know.
What are corporate event packages?
Corporate event packages refer to a structured way of planning and delivering event décor where balloon installations form the foundation, and additional elements can be included where the brief calls for it. Rather than selecting individual items, clients share their needs and budget, and we design an appropriate solution around that.
Are these packages fixed or custom?
They are custom. We don’t work from fixed menus or pre-set bundles. Every corporate event is different, so we design around the brief, the venue, and the budget rather than forcing clients into a standard package.
Do corporate event packages always include balloons?
Yes. Balloon installations are always at the core of what we do. Everything else, if required, is designed to support and complement the balloon work rather than replace it.
What types of corporate events is this service for?
This service is best suited to office parties, corporate graduations, internal celebrations, company milestones, and client-facing corporate events where presentation matters but the event isn’t a large-scale public activation.
Is this suitable for smaller corporate events?
Yes. Many of our clients are hosting relatively small events but still want a high-quality, professional result. The scale of the event doesn’t matter as much as the expectation and the budget behind it.
What budget should we expect for corporate event packages?
Corporate event packages typically start from around £5,000. Final pricing depends on the size of the installation, the venue, access requirements, timing, and whether additional elements are included alongside the balloons.
Why do you ask for a budget range?
Knowing your budget early allows us to design properly. It helps us recommend the right approach, prioritise what will have the most impact, and avoid suggesting ideas that don’t make sense for your event.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Yes. If you have a fixed budget, let us know upfront and we’ll advise what’s achievable within it and how best to allocate it.
Do you offer balloons only?
Yes. If your event only needs balloon installations, we’re happy to supply just that. This service is for clients who feel balloons are part of the brief but may not be the whole picture.
What do you mean by “more than just balloons”?
For some corporate events, clients want the overall setup to feel cohesive rather than focusing on a single installation. In those cases, we can discuss whether additional elements make sense alongside the balloons based on the brief and budget.
Do you supply everything in-house?
Some elements are supplied directly by us, others may be sourced or coordinated depending on the brief. The starting point is always the balloon installation, then we advise what makes sense beyond that.
Can you help if we don’t know exactly what we need?
Yes. Many clients come to us with a general idea rather than a detailed plan. If you tell us the type of event, the venue, and your budget range, we can guide you on what will work best.
Is this service suitable for brand activations?
It can be. While this service is primarily aimed at corporate celebrations and internal events, if your brief is larger or more complex, we’re happy to review it and advise on the right approach.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
We recommend contacting us at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Larger installations, busy periods, or events with tighter access restrictions may require more notice.
Do you work with agencies and internal teams?
Yes. We regularly work directly with corporate teams as well as agencies managing events on behalf of clients.
Do you cover all of London?
Yes. We work across Central, North, South, East, West, and Greater London, and regularly install in offices, venues, hotels, and event spaces throughout the city.
Are your balloon installations environmentally friendly?
Yes. We use 100% natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable, and avoid helium for corporate décor wherever possible.
What information do you need to provide a proposal?
To get started, we usually need the event date, venue, any brand colours or references, and a budget range. From there, we’ll come back with a clear proposal.
What happens after we enquire?
Once we receive your brief, we’ll review it and respond with either a proposal or follow-up questions if anything needs clarifying. From there, we’ll refine the plan with you before confirming the booking.
