Custom Signs, Printing & Balloons

A printed backdrop, a statement sign or your own branded stand: we can build a balloon installation around it. Here’s how to plan your budget and what you’ll need to supply.

Custom printing and balloons

From £2,500 + VAT

If you’d like us to supply a custom printed sign or backdrop together with balloons, you’ll need a budget of at least £2,500 + VAT.

Your quote includes the agreed printed display, balloons, delivery and installation. The finished display is yours to keep.

The final price depends on the size, materials and complexity of your display. Artwork creation is charged separately.

Already have a stand, printed backdrop, sign or other branding? You’re welcome to supply it, and we can design and install the balloons around it.

We’ll quote for the balloon installation, including delivery and setup. The £2,500 starting budget above applies to projects where we also supply custom printing.

Send a photo, dimensions and details of how the stand is supported so we can check what will work before you book.

Please supply your artwork.

Printing prices assume you’ll provide your own finished, print-ready artwork. We’ll confirm the required size and file specifications before production.

Need us to create it? Artwork is an additional £250 per hour + VAT.

Artwork creation includes limited revisions, with the scope and number of revisions agreed in your quote before we start. Further changes or a new direction are charged separately at the same hourly rate.

Artwork creation is separate from the custom printing and balloon budget.

Delivered, installed and yours to keep.

Our fees include delivery and installation at the venue agreed in your quote. The balloons and any custom printed signs or backdrops we supply for your project are yours to keep after the event.

If you need us to return for dismantling or removal, let us know when enquiring so we can quote for that separately.
