An organic balloon arch combines balloons of different sizes for a flowing, sculptural finish. Use one to frame an entrance, welcome guests to a launch or create a backdrop for event photographs. For a more uniform shape, explore our standard balloon arches.
We plan the design around your venue, available space, brand colours and installation timings. Free-standing and attached designs are available; we’ll discuss suitable supports and fixing points with you and your venue before installation. Outdoor designs need extra planning because temperature, wind and direct sunlight affect their lifespan.
Our 2m × 2m organic arches start at £850 plus VAT, including delivery and installation. Removal is charged separately. The final quote depends on size, design, location, access and timings.

It depends on whether the arch is indoors or outdoors and the temperature conditions. While we cannot guarantee a fixed timeframe, our balloons are high quality — we’ve had indoor arches last over a month and still look good.
