Wedding balloons
At London Balloons, we provide stunning balloon installations for your wedding day.
We will come up with a custom design to suit your needs and budget.
If you’ve fallen in love with a design you’ve seen elsewhere, we can recreate that for you, too. Just send over the images.
The sky is the limit when it comes to designs, whether you want an arch, garland, column, balloon wall, or so something nobody has ever heard of before - we can do it all.
How do I make a booking?

If you’re in the early stages of planning and aren’t sure of venues or dates - that’s fine, we will be able to provide you with a rough quote based on the size, design, and colour of your balloons.
However, if you’re a little further along in planning - then the date and venue is helpful, and this could change the design and the price.
As with all of our installations, we can be booked with fairly short notice - we usually ask for a minimum of 7 days, just so we can get all the stock in.
We do take bookings up to 18 months in advance.
Wedding balloon costs
All of our prices are based on size, design, and colour. The bigger and more complicated the design, the more expensive it’ll be. Some balloon colours are more expensive than others, so this will also increase the price. But we will be able to advise on this.
We have a standard pricing structure for our designs. We won’t charge you any more because it’s for a wedding.
When you ask us for a quote, the price will include design, delivery and installation. We will arrive at the venue either on your wedding day or the day before to make sure everything is set up.

The following will incur an additional cost, should they be required, and will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

Best balloons for wedding venue dressing
If you’re planning to dress your wedding venue with balloons, the best option is to go for an air-filled installation, such as an arch, garland or column.
These generally work out to be more cost-effective than helium balloons and tend to make more of an impact. They also last longer.
Helium balloons do look great, but there’s always the risk they won’t stay floating for very long. For example, if your wedding venue is too hot, too cold or too humid, the helium will not like it - and the balloons will start to sink.
If your venue is being dressed the day before your wedding, there is always the danger the balloons won’t be floating on your wedding day.
Should you wish to proceed with helium balloons, your best bet is to get them delivered on the day of your wedding. We’re happy to provide helium balloons, but we always like to highlight the pitfalls.

We use the finest quality materials sourced from suppliers who are as forward-thinking about the environment as we are. That is why we only use one hundred per cent natural latex balloons, which are fully biodegradable within six to forty-eight months. No fillers, extenders, plasticisers or any cost-reducing agents are used in any of our designs.
To ensure we are constantly striving to protect the environment, by arrangement, we can compost used balloons, or repurpose them to create displays at schools, hospitals and care homes.
With rigorous testing of all our design processes, we ensure consistently high standards for all our balloon creations, meaning that our clients are never disappointed.
