When ICS London hosted its graduation celebration at The Dorchester, the event required décor that felt professional, celebratory and in keeping with one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels.

Working within the venue’s elegant surroundings, London Balloons designed and installed two bespoke organic balloon columns to frame the stage area where graduates, speakers and guests gathered throughout the ceremony.

The design combined soft blue, white, navy blue and metallic silver balloons, creating a refined look that reflected the significance of the occasion while complementing The Dorchester’s classic interiors.

The installation was strategically positioned behind the graduates’ seating to create a strong visual focal point for speeches, presentations and photography.

By incorporating a mixture of balloon sizes and decorative balloon clusters, the display added texture and depth without overwhelming the room or distracting from the ceremony itself.

Graduation events often require décor that looks impressive both in person and in photographs.

These balloon columns provided a stylish backdrop that enhanced the atmosphere throughout the event and featured prominently in photographs taken by students, families and staff.

The finished installation delivered a sophisticated graduation setting, helping ICS London celebrate the achievements of its students in a way that felt memorable, polished and appropriate for such a prestigious venue.
